And BTW I love a good event. Networking, connectivity with peers is an incredible thing! I just can’t wrap my head around how many of the same people are at ALL events, big or small, and wondering how the actual works getting done to make the industry better.

@jappleby Everyone forgets there are A LOT of people between NY and LA. The media leans so far on the polar opposites which creates these false narratives, but more than 50% of the people in this country are hurting and trying to find some light. Should be an eye opener for the future.

I spoke in February about the importance of “margins” in both chocolate sales and politics. The importance of people in those margins seemingly was lost on Kamala’s campaign which shined through when not one US county outperformed 2020 Democratic #’s.

When you see the joy of the day through a child’s eyes it transforms you into your own childhood and Halloween becomes truly like a kid in a candy store! Hope everyone has a wonderful Halloween and of course grabbed TONS of @Hersheys chocolate along the way, I know my kids did!
