@1_largemalt @lyncey_gilbe @GBNEWS Brother just helped my parents switch broadband provider, over 2 hours on the phone to sort it in 2025! No way it would have been done without his help they were being ripped off price wise too with speeds embarrassing in the 1990s. Feel sorry for elderly with no family to help
