My hypothesis is smth like people in 0.1% income (but no deposit from parents in their early 20's) will be buying what 1% did 20 y ago and 10% 40 years

@W98AB @IronEconomist This is why people are delaying till their (sometimes mid-)30's and sometimes after they have kids. I think half of our NCT group moved /bought house just before /just after having their first kid
