I can't believe it - 10 years ago, @YolandaWalsh & I took on the World 24hr Mountain Bike Championships. I rode the bike, & Yolanda did the backup. Brawn & Brains. They say you should never meet your heroes, but I am so glad I got the chance to meet them & to race against them!

It's fantastic watching your little boy grow up, but it's sad too. I'm going to miss our conversations about hypothetical dinosaur fights - can a Pachycephalosaurus outrun a T-Rex? - but I look forward to learning everything there is to know about sharks. 🦕 -> 🦈 -> ??

I'm not sure I'm the best teammate - @captaincraigSA often tells me to stop being so grumpy. But together, we do make quite a formidable team (we've had 15 years of riding the @EcoBoundEvents TransBaviaans together!)
My guy @velotales ❤️ All 18 Trans Baviaans races. Rather proud of his endurance, stickability and more importantly that he's always the best teammate even when the going is super tough
