Yesterday the customer care assured me that a service engineer would visit my place within the day and resolve it and yet nothing. Every few months this issue happens and Airtel doesn’t care to look into this but I receive prompt calls asking if I need a second line!Like,really?

@claudiareinosoh @StarOfService It's a clear scam. I changed my card but am sure this will repeat. Service industry relies on the database and if it's not updated, this is the problem. Or they're just open scamsters. My question here in X didn't receive any response.
