Those who eat high protein are more likely to be gym goers…The right amount of protein is arguably all you need, any extra and it’s being wasted. The additional calories can be replaced with carbohydrates which will help to spare protein, support muscle recovery & anabolism

Different context here, IFBB pro’s are using copious amounts of PEDs and have unnaturally high nitrogen requirements…what’s the added benefit of consuming more protein than is necessary for the natural gym goer? None imo
