@NoahRyanCo @exfatloss Those who eat high protein are more likely to be gym goers…The right amount of protein is arguably all you need, any extra and it’s being wasted. The additional calories can be replaced with carbohydrates which will help to spare protein, support muscle recovery & anabolism
