Hi Mazher, no one is delaying any NOC. We gave priority to the NT20 as it is a WT20 year. When we request foreign player NOC's for PSL, we also get told my other boards that it clashes with their domestic season.
Haris Rauf’s workload is being managed by delaying his NOC for the Big Bash League and making him play the National T20.

Salam Saj, while avoiding a comment on an individual case we didn't tell any player or his agent to book travel without a formal approval. All our CC and non CC players have been given complete clarity and are in constant communication with us.
Mohammad Haris had asked the Pakistan Cricket Board for a NOC and was told to go to Bangladesh for the BPL. He arranged for a flight on 17th January and was told by PCB that they will give him the NOC on 18th January. After arriving in Bangladesh, the PCB refused to give him a

This is rare!! Rawalpindi is famous for being soldout but the unaffordable and expensive tickets have resulted into empty enclosures in Pindi Cricket Stadium aswell.
