They executed the Amazon strategy perfectly. Losses galore until leader, they’re now a monopoly and can charge whatever they want.
We need competitors to come in and chip away. Otherwise prices will continue to rise and options/services will continue to decline.

Except it’s not for billionaires. Let’s say you start a company and it grows to a 100m valuation. You’re now on uncle Sam’s list. Every dollar that your company grows in worth after that is taxed at 25%. The problem is you’ve never had a liquid event. How do you come up with it?

Tin can homes that developers think they can sell just based off of sq ft. It’s every new home in Nashville. No vision or craftsmanship at all. Literally 3d printed looking homes.

Wut? 200k household with 1 kid. Need 2 br. 6k minimum rent in decent neighborhood. 2k food if you don’t won’t to eat brown rice and chicken 4 days a week. Now you have 3k left. Not that much.
Now 200k single is diff story.

Well here in Nashville sellers still think they can get 2021 prices so everything is at a stand still. That goes for people who bought pre 2019 so they will still make a hefty profit if they reduced to be affordable with rates.
Much cheaper to rent here than own right now.

I still don’t understand how they thought they would have a path to profitability. Simple napkin math tells you that’s not possible given their bloated payroll. 30 data scientists? 125 Seattle based engineers.
There’s not enough margin in brokering to ever pay for that.

Apparently they deemed a traffic light going in/out of Port of Houston as automation.
I’m not anti union at all, but we need to be implementing far more automation on our port infrastructure to stay competitive globally.
The East’s ports are decades ahead of us.

Depends on role. Sales should always be atleast hybrid if you’re outbound. Very easy to see if the person is good, eg hitting numbers.
