@goodfellow_ian This has been so hard for me. I work and interact with a lot of people. As a result I’ve gotten COVID 4 times.

@goodfellow_ian Have you looked into other fringe therapies? I’ve heard a lot about HBOT, ozone, and methylene blue. Tough to filter out all the bs from things that help.

@hubermanlab It’s also a pivotal driving force that pushes us to do better. The trick is finding the Goldilocks zone in the middle. Not too much. Not too little

@goodfellow_ian Sorry brother. I’ve had this too. Electrolytes, water, sun, and lots of exercise has helped a lot. Nattokinase and AHCC has helped too.

@David_N_Frank @MdBreathe Eventually, human doctors will serve primarily as assistants to AI doctors. The knowledge gap is already significant, but within the next few years, it will become insurmountable. A decade ahead and relying on AI physicians may not just be an option—but be in our best interest.

@bryan_johnson Is there a point where healthcare technology makes it possible for us to eat whatever we want, sleep whenever we want, and look the way we want? If that happens what will you do?

@eriddared @exitdave @MoragMitchell3 @gottkater Thank you @eriddared for being polite but disagreeing with others here. You’re absolutely right. This is X and should be a place for healthy debate. Unfortunately some, when hiding behind a screen, lose their manners.

@bryan_johnson Hmmm @hubermanlab was just making a fun jab between gym bros. Maybe @bryan_johnson never played team sports growing up and thought it was an attack. Either way it’s time for one of these.

We’re on the same team. I’m not some rich millionaire. I’m a normal person trying to figure it out. And I know that being rude or yelling at someone isn’t going to change their mind - or help in any meaningful way. It will just create more separation and make the situation more polarizing. Help me learn your point of view - with decency and respect - and I’ll be much more likely to listen.
