There is no response to questions like this because no one is denying these payments. You have the likes of Bernie spouting dismantling democracy and hungry children because of USAID and a few parroting it but is disinformation to distract at best. There is no logical answer as to why anyone wouldn't want the spending of the US government analysed considering it is Trillions $ in debt.
