That company is called TransCore owned by ST Engineering. The companies parent company Tamasek is wholly owned by the government of Singapore and it has substantial ties to China. Up until recently, the chairman of a state owned Chinese oil company who was a high-ranking CCP member with connections to China United Front was on the board of directors Why would the treasury department committee on foreign investment in the United States approve this? This opens up individuals and businesses and government entities that sign up for automatic payments at the tollbooth and give their personal information to end up in the hands of a company which has serious ties to the CCP.
