But if you’re struggling with inconsistency, this is the habit that will change everything. Every time I’ve felt stuck in my trading, it wasn’t because I needed a new strategy, it was because I wasn’t paying attention to my own patterns. Now, at the end of the day, I force myself to ask: ✅ Why did I enter? ✅ How did I manage it? ✅ Did I actually follow my plan? Over time, I started noticing the real reasons behind my wins and losses. I saw the same mistakes pop up again and again—and once I saw them, I could fix them. Journaling isn’t exciting, but neither is feeling lost in your trading. If you’re not where you want to be, start tracking everything. Your future self will thank you.

Self Mastery

I used to overtrade after a big win or loss, trying to chase another high or make back what I’d lost. Walking away after hitting a daily target or loss limit saved my account and my sanity.

Don’t trade without a plan. Impulse decisions drain accounts. Before the market opens, decide: •What setups you’re looking for •How you’ll enter and exit Spend 10 minutes each morning planning. Discipline wins over guesswork.
