@Marketing4Cast Everything physical is derived from a thought. Before a building is made someone has an idea/vision. That becomes a blueprint (2d) Which then gets made (3d). Therefore, you could say that this universe was created based on 'someone's' thoughts.

The price of freedom is discipline. The price of success is failure. The price of peace is struggle. The price of strength is pain. Nothing worth having comes free. Every setback... Every challenge... Every moment of doubt... Are all part of the cost. And everything you're going through is shaping you, For what you asked for. So, don't quit. Don't back down. Keep pushing. Because on the other side of sacrifice... Is everything you've been fighting for. Will you pay the price?

@TraderDoggie At the start, a trader needs to focus on the skill before they focus on their mind.

@tradingwithlu Great questions to ask yourself. I often ask myself: How was I feeling before the trade? How was I feeling during the trade? How do I feel after the trade?

@alexmorgan1923 Agreed, a routine preps your brain to execute and the less baggage you carry into the markets, the better your decision making process will be.

@MaferdCapital Recency bias is so real, only change parts of your system based on significant data, not the past 1,5,10 trades.

@FelipeGuirao2 For most, these insights come through intense pain, suffering, and experience. Looking at yourself in the mirror and admitting you are the problem is the first step in gaining these realizations.
