I wrote on one of my post I won’t be surprised if he’s fired. Human resources don’t like stuff like this. It’s appraised unsuitable & puts potential liability on the employer. It’s always best to limit or no physical contact particularly with students.

They usually return because they’re broke, can’t find a job that pays what or near what they made, can’t align with job rules, having a boss, a structured schedule, etc. Sometimes other employees sabotage u about your “past” too. Survival brings many back. 👍🏾
