Someone is going to have to explain to me how a 29 year oldās legacy is tarnished because after the best 7 year start to a career and getting closer than anyone in history to winning 3 straight Super Bowls, one bad game from basically the entire team diminishes that legacy??

Everyone always forgets how Hurts also came off the bench to relieve an injured @Tua in The 2018 SEC Championship Game against basically the same Georgia team, in the same exact venue, and lead Alabama to a comeback victoryā¦ and yet another championship under Coach Saban. He easily couldāve transferred after losing his job. He didnāt. He didnāt abandon his brothers and teammates. Instead, he improved immensely as QB2, and showed us all in this game. He improved more as a QB that year than he ever did at Oklahoma. Only casuals forget or omit this key fact.
