@arami64 @MrRoflWaffles tuck your elbows in slightly to your body, if they're at a 90 degree angle you'll compensate more with your shoulders. also lower weight, muscles don't know numbers but simple hypertrophy. i stopped pushing prs every week and focused on muscle groups, things grew fast

@MrRoflWaffles incline press most effective chest excercise. mix in flat press, chest press but most importantly cable flies (decline to work lower, mid to hit everything) - finish up with tri's and thats my push day
