Hey twitter, if u have a minute please take the time to read this. I didn't really wanted to drag this into publicity but at this point i have to. As many people know i was banned around 7 months ago for cheating. That ban got lifted tho and turned out to be a false ban. I had a 2 week brake of gaming now due to mental-health related stuff and the last time i was on my PC/VAL was on the 05.06.2024. Whatever, to make it short i came back from my brake turned my PC on and saw that im banned once again permanently for third-party software. I contacted @ItsGamerDoc and @RiotGoku via discord so did i with alot of other Riot admins. I aswell did a riot Ticket but noone gives me any support/answer. The ticket just gets closed. I dont even have a Hardware-ban what means the ban didnt happen on my Computer if i understand that right. At this point im just confused and frustrated because i dont understand how this can even happen in the first part and also that i get 0 help or support. Imo this is just inacceptable how they treat the people that pay thousands of euros into their game and put all their time into it. Be careful out there and dont put to much money into the game because apperently they just randomly ban people and dont give any support on how to revoke these bans. And no for the people saying its because of mouse software etc. I dont even have any mouse software installed the only thing i have is blitz which i use for LoL. Please do me a favor and spread this so people get aware of it, this bullshit can happen to anyone anytime and you can lose everything that you earned and achieved in 4 years. Theres nothing like fairness or support they just tell u that the ban is correct so did they on my first time when i got banned but lifted it somehow a few hours after it again.
