I do get the impression that this is a particular problem at Spurs not just a general trend in modern football.

@JamesDAustin All big improvements. Tennis can go too. Orienteering has an Olympic feel to it, suitably strong elite athletes, and has been working hard to develop TV-friendly formats. Might get considered if there's ever a Scandi host country.

@DanNeidle Might it be possible to save a few £bn by making ISAs less generous? Perhaps a lifetime cap? Helping people save for a rainy day is one thing, but letting people with large amounts of spare cash park it outside the tax system is something else.

@timhuggan Really thought scrapping this would be among their top priorities. How does creating a sub-class of children who aren't entitled to the same protection from poverty as other children fit within their world-view?
