In underdeveloped countries, you pretty much have to be disabled to get diagnosed with autism.

I have friends who raised 5 kids in a 14x70 mobile home. Unless their house is significantly less than 1000ft² or they have a significant disability in family, a bigger house is a luxury. I guess if they have around 10 kids, it might be a necessity.
