@irishartireland I agree, it's very very important to utilise both your brain and AI and not become reliant on it thinking for you

Serotonin Saturday’s. Serotonin and dopamine operate on an accelerator/break mechanism. This means when we chase dopamine (progress and pleasure) we reduce our ability to activate serotonin (peace and presence). And this mechanism operates both ways. When looking at the function of serotonin, it calms you, lifts your mood and re-energises your body. This is what we want from a Saturday. To achieve a ‘Serotonin Saturday’, minimise your quick dopamine consumption and instead focus on maximising serotonin. To do so consider one or two of the following. - A long walk out in nature. - A nutritious gut health meal. - A 5-10 minute slow breathing practice. - An afternoon nap or early night. Saturdays = Serotonin > Dopamine

We’re all spending our days waiting for our next high. Our next scroll, our next bite of sugar, our next drink. A happier life occurs when you learn to love the mundane. A cup of tea, a slow walk, a smile at a stranger, a home cooked meal. The mundane is where you are spending most of your life. Learning to love it is the key to a more peaceful mind.
