The best business is one that lets you do what you love, with people you like, in a way that works for you and the people around you.

Every industry is turning into a product. The ability to think like a product manager will soon be more valuable than an MBA (if that's not the case already)

Starting to realise how much power and freedom lies in understanding the harmony between income generating tasks and life-sustaining / social tasks. Both deserve equal amounts of respect; and doing so creates the harmony which makes each more enjoyable

Job security is an illusion. The only real security is your own skill and value, built through adaptability and ownership.

We're witnessing the end of industrial work And the beginning of the new world of work. A world where a job is no longer a position, but a task. Where wealth is no longer tied to time, but to value

The safest path is no longer being an employeeā€”itā€™s building something you own.

Many people I know talk about starting a business, but fear and perfectionism keep them stuck in ā€œresearch mode.ā€ The best way to succeed is to start now, iterate fast, and learn as you go. The biggest barrier isnā€™t lack of knowledgeā€”itā€™s lack of action.

The rise of individual sovereignty will feel like opportunity to some and disaster to others. The difference is in those who see change as freedom vs. those who see it as loss.

The best product managers donā€™t just build productsā€”they build leverage. AI, automation, and systems thinking are the new unfair advantage.

Not sure thatā€™s the case - young people to me have a deeper understanding of the challenges the world faces and are more concerned than previous generations about preservation of the planet and each other. The bigger problem to me is created when people try to create massive distinctions and divides between generations rather than the prior being stewards and guiding the next with optimismā€¦

As AI takes over logic, automation, and scale, the real competitive edge isnā€™t IQā€”itā€™s EQ. The paradox of AI is that the more powerful it becomes, the more human skills matter.

Sad - I think we're seeing the opposite starting to shift. A generation of people who saw the issues with digital invading every aspects of their lives. Way more understanding of the harms being done from phones, parents much more aware and raising their kids with rules around tech, and an entire generation coming through more conscious of health, well-being, alcohol and the dangers of tech.
