@FinancesWorld @Hawggystyle23 @unusual_whales Nah. If a worker is spending 45-60 minutes in traffic commuting, that’s less time they’ll spend on projects, and they watch the clock. I get more out of my people when they’re remote. When someone’s against remote work, all that tells me is that they’re an awful manager.
