A Welsh Boxing Day tradition was called Holming . Involved beating the arms of young girls or the last person who got up on Boxing Day morning with branches of Holly until they bled . This died out in the early twentieth century . Thank God .

The Church of St Illtud built in the 13th century and hidden away amongst the fetid Fungi and foliage of the Neath canal .Over the years there have been numerous sightings of a Gwyllgi or Devil dog lurking along the banks at the Time between times

Beneath the RiverTaff and between Castell Coch and Cardiff castle itis said there is a great treasure to be found . Two Giant eagles guard this wonder . Once it was found by Jac Ty Pentre or so it is said .
