@RealBristolBoy @ELJones95 After the game I like to see the squad and management come over so they and the fans can connect and applaud each other. During the game I can't say I'm bothered, I care more about them putting in a shift and actually quite like it when they're disappointed to come off. ❤️🤍

@TCowey26 I don't get this xG bollocks. Where does it start? Is it 63% chance of scoring from Twine's pass? Sykes's pass? Or is it just the finish, because surely Anis tapping that in from 4 yards, in the middle of the goal has to be more like 99%?

@TheExiledRobin @BenMeadBCFC Sprinted in, fully intent on going in hard, with zero intention or chance of getting the ball, on top of that he went in with a scissor motion, which is always a potential leg breaker. If that doesn't constitute a straight red, I don't know what does.

@jack_buchanan_ This guy is going to come good for us, I have no doubt about it. Physically strong, quick as anything, good attitude. His first touch looks to have improved and he did a great job of unsettling their defenders and getting us good possession high up the pitch tonight.

@BristolCityFM Is it a weaker league though? I don't really buy into that, to me it suggests more teams are taking points from each other or sharing points. I do agree though that despite how close we are to 6th mathematically, it doesn't feel so close in reality, based on performances.

@1TeamInBristol_ Similar to Fam a few years back, never got a free kick. Because of his size and strength he was seen as fair game.

@ForeverBristol1 I can't help thinking that Manning needs to go back to his supposedly preferred back 4. All our full backs are better suited to it and it would allow Mehmeti, Sykes/Yu to play as more natural wide attackers, with Twine as a proper 10 behind a striker. No brainer for me.

@gingerminion99 @JIPat72 @NigelGPearson I understand Nige has sadly suffered some health problems and City wanted a head coach that coaches rather than a manager type. But imho the Lansdown's biggest error was in not persuading Nige to move into the job Tinnion is now in with Manning underneath in the head coach role.

@DanCarterJourno The table doesn't lie and yes, mathematically we're right in the mix. The reality though is we lack the consistency, ruthlessness and cutting edge at both ends of the pitch to make the top 6, hence the general lack of excitement from the fans despite how it may look on paper.

@bcfcjohnny Where have you been? I've left the Gate feeling like that more times than I care to remember! 🤣

@bcfcEJ He talks a lot of bollocks, but I honestly believe Sincs will come good for us in time. But for a bit of better luck and the lino being unable to spot Swansea defenders attempting to swap shirts with Sincs during the game, he almost singlehandedly got us back into it yesterday.

@Bristoldelboy2 @BristolCity I thought we looked good for the first 10, winning the ball high up the pitch and creating chances. Then we slipped back into our predictable, metronomic pattern until they scored. After that there was plenty of effort but no real quality. Credit to Armstrong when he came on.
