@keslupo Also, I've just completed an MG novel, currently getting it ready for query, and it's difficult not to notice that the genre is distinctly female led, with very few male authors, or those of colour, prevalent within the market.

@keslupo Hi, I hope you don't mind me joining the conversation, but you make a really good point. I was recently reading Writing Magazine, and the majority of the featured authors (approx 90%) were women.
