The close-up of this catch put in perspective how tough it was. DB got his arm in there, swiped through the hands but Smith held tight. Devonta Smith is up there with Terry McLaurin as a top shelf deep ball guy. His ball tracking, concentration, strong hands at the catch point, elite at it all
Jalen Hurts finished 1st in completion percentage over expected in 2024. Helps to have a dude like Smitty, but he can spin the football.

I am partially ashamed to say I was ignorant to the performance of Kendrick tonight. So much went over my head in the moment. It was far more than a halftime show / concert. Respect to Kendrick taking the opportunity to use such a big platform as a way to send a message

Facts are constant. Teams are not. The Chiefs were outclassed. Point, blank, period.
Don’t let the big red monster blind you from the FACTS. Facts are CONSTANT. Teams are NOT. The Eagles are better than they were last time around. The Chiefs are worse than they were last time around. This is the first game ALL SEASON where they are definitively the less talented team in every phase (excluding QB/coaching which matter but hear me out). They’ve been winning one score games all season, but they’re far too outclassed to get away with it in this one. NATURE NUTURE’S NOBODY. EVEN THE BEST CAN’T DEFY REALITY. EVEN THE BEST MUST LOSE. IT HAS NEVER BEEN MORE CLEAR THAN EAGLES ML.
