Having ADHD over-sharing is something I’ve had to curb over the years. It’s just left me embarrassed, feeling judged, over-thinking and I had to reflect and realise over-sharing is a deeper issue that signifies a constant need to have deep relationships with people around me.

My PhD is on Black women and the CJS and sis black girls who are victims of crime are not highlighted, supported or even researched. Majority of research is on black boys and misogynior is not talked about in these studies. Please be guided when talking about this.

I just found out Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust does not accept private diagnosis for ADHD. So I paid £1k for nothing and now I have to spend £100 on private prescriptions. GP was the one that told me to go private because for adults the waiting list is over.
