My plan is to have a kinetic mass (think a large blob of concrete) on a Space X rocket. The price tag is 70M for Falcon 9 and 90M for Falcon Heavy. And the rest is cloud costs for hiring a couple of people and running bunch of simulations double checking the math. NASA has already demonstrated this with DART mission for 300M. Private industry can do it for 100M.

@peterkay @astroEdLu @b612foundation Iām not being cavalierāthis is straightforward for nation-states. The physics is relatively simple. Give me a $100 million check, and Iāll make it happen. This country spent $22 million on Sesame Street in Pakistanā$100 million is a rounding error.

@MrChallinger @Tesla @cybertruck Human driver is safer than FSD. A machine learning model cannot ever learn all corner cases. Only true AGI can be good driver everything else is a scam.

@chamath He didnāt even apologizeāno remorse, no accountability. Free speech means the government wonāt imprison you for saying racist things, but it doesnāt guarantee you a place in civil society.

@KantInEast Delhi will continue to have poor AQI and toxic Ghazipur dump be it AAP or BJP. It frankly doesnāt matter.

@ZacksJerryRig You should consider joining the Democratic Partyāit seems full of college-educated elites who are out of touch and culturally disconnected from middle America and blue-collar workers.

This is not what you are getting - his response would not have been the same for ānormalize Jewish hateā or ānormalize Black hateā or ānormalize white hateā. Indian Americans are successful but have not organized themselves like AIPAC and do not have any political power based on ethnicity and its easy to throw them under the bus to win some political points.

@JoshEakle No, thatās not it. Canceling people for mildly non-conformist views isnāt liberal, nor is it in line with the principles of free speech.

I donāt want any young professional to lose their job over a mistake, but accountability is importantāthey should at least acknowledge the error.
For the sake of both of our kids? Grow up. Racist trolls on the internet, while offensive, don't threaten my kids. You know what does? A culture that denies grace to people who make mistakes. A culture that encourages congressmen to act like whiny children.
