@PodByTheRiver My solution for "fixing" the off season: Instead of having one Winter Meetings, how about a December Meetings and a January Meetings? Something that could help push a lot of trades / signings in Jan as well as Dec. and players / owners would get behind.

It's not that I think the Red Sox have done anything particularly great the last few seasons, I simply despise self-pity more than most and refuse to partake.
