Our paper on reprogramming retinal glial cells into neurons is out. Thanks to all authors. We are looking for a postdoc to join our team. More details are in here.
Our latest manuscript of glial-derived neurogenesis in mammalian retina is out. We can now turn essentially all Muller glia into neurons by disrupting Nfia/b/x and Rbpj, maintain glial numbers with AAV-Yap5SA, and even make a few rod photoreceptors./1

Excited to share our recent work led by Nguyet Le, a talented PhD student, on regeneration of neurons . We have found a highly efficient way to turn retinal Müller glial cells into neurons by simultaneously inhibiting multiple repressors. Thanks all team members
