Tucson Audubon Society has a new name for the group. It’s now Tucson Bird Alliance. John James Audubon was a respected artist and naturalist in the 1800s, but he also owned and sold enslaved people. Leaders wanted a name change. @azpublicmedia @tucsonaudubon @audubonsociety
