Maybe! I think companies like Howie, @meetgranola that run an invisible AI layer behind the scenes are the real wedges. They are meeting the user where they are and can peel off/take over more of the stack with a foundational model behind the scenes. Changing business user hub to ChatGPT seems unlikely (possible though!)

@signulll Maybe… ChatGPT is the accidental consumer product. Not convinced they want to or should go after enterprise. If they do, they should launch an email / or messaging client. Knowledge work unfortunately happens there.

@shl How in finance? In journalism/media it happened because you all of a sudden had infinite reach. So one journalist/outlet could reach everyone.
