The president can’t just give himself a third term. The 22nd Amendment says “nope.” Changing that requires 2/3 of Congress or state legislatures to propose and 3/4 of states to ratify. Good luck with that. No president has the authority to bypass this process. FDR was the last president to serve more than two terms, but that was before the 22nd Amendment was passed in 1951. The 22 Amendment was passed for that very reason.

RT @tarahtalk: Too many people break America into segments and blame entire groups—whether religious, ethnic, or ideological—for the nation…

@CPWolfDad @EdKrassen @realDonaldTrump In accounting terms, taxes are classified as government revenue, just like sales are revenue for a business. The government collects taxes and then decides how to allocate those funds through budgets and spending bills.

A true superpower should be able to choose to engage in global commerce, not need to. Until we fix that, we’re not as independent or dominant as we like to believe.
@tarahtalk @Billc1984 @JoJoFromJerz So you’re suggesting the farmers who sell their crops overseas are somehow unnecessary dependent on the government? Their eventual issue is a direct result of shutting off funding for several countries. Isolationism isn’t practical in a global economy. WE are going to FOFO soon.

I’m against abuse in all forms. When a wife deliberately withholds sex from her husband as a form of control, manipulation, or punishment, it can fall under the broader category of coercive control or emotional abuse in relationships. This kind of behavior is sometimes referred to as “sexual deprivation,” “intimacy withholding,” or even “weaponized sex.” From an abuse perspective, it can be considered a form of psychological abuse when used to exert power over the partner, especially if it is done with the intent to demean, control, or punish rather than being a result of personal boundaries, medical reasons, or genuine disinterest. Some experts also categorize it under financial abuse if the withholding is tied to financial leverage. I am a woman. I know how some of us are.

@LilaGraceRose I think it’s actually much worse than that. Every woman who’s ever had an abortion•whether she has other living children or not—is still a parent. They just murdered their child.

You’re so ignorant that you assume all women think alike. The reality is, some women are smart enough to understand that marriage comes with certain responsibilities—one of which is being willing to have sex with your husband whenever he wants it. If you’re unwilling to do that, you’re the one in the wrong. You’re the one causing him pain. And you’re hurting yourself, too, by turning what should be a powerful bonding experience into a source of trauma. That’s on you.

@AbundanceSheik @Billc1984 @JoJoFromJerz Federal assistance and interference in the areas you mentioned is what created dependency on the federal government. No one said it would be easy, but these programs must end if we are ever going to correct course.
