We conducted a population-level cellular immunity survey for COVID from Bangalore, India.
We find that humoral immunity--measured with sero-surveys--substantially **underestimates** cellular immunity!

This!!! 3 years with household surveys, and I still feel unprepared to adjudicate surveyor debates on boxing such intricacies of life - the decision always leaving at least one enumerator just a little more smug, haha.
1. “What is a household?” A constant debate at each interviewer training. Formal definition of people living under the same roof and eating from the same kitchen for at least 6 of the prior 12 months does not cut it with our interviewers.
