@dionysi_an It's heavily gendered because women dont seek male sex workers. Because men would dominate the industry if they would. Gay men make up a tiny fraction of the population yet a huge portion of all sex workers are men and likely gay.

@neo_draws__ Leftists will never take this seriously the way you want it to because there is nothing concerning about sex work outside of its ties to capitalist exploitation which are inherent to any labour. Also 1/5 to 1/4 of SW are men so it concerns not only women either.
