@JustinVreeland @hackeroftoday @Matt_Bove First part is correct, yes. I think the MVP should be a first team all pro. Second part is not. I do not care about 2003; you picked up on that to start an argument. But I’ll close by saying… the AP1 did win MVP in 2003.

@BLSellHigh @TheBillsGuys Peyton, the 1st team all pro, also won MVP in 2003. Why is this so hard to understand.

@JustinVreeland @hackeroftoday @Matt_Bove Okay, idk why I’m doing this but I’ll engage a little longer. Why don’t you explain my argument back to me so I’m sure you understand what I’m saying

@JustinVreeland @hackeroftoday @Matt_Bove lol when you resort to personal attacks, you’ve lost the argument. Have a nice evening.

@JustinVreeland @hackeroftoday @Matt_Bove Who won MVP in 2003? Did the first team all pro get the award?

@JustinVreeland @hackeroftoday @Matt_Bove Right. But still an MVP. Which is why this is the first time in 38 years that the first team all pro didn’t win MVP.

@JustinVreeland @hackeroftoday @Matt_Bove Peyton Manning, the first team all pro in 2003, won an MVP that year. What is there to argue?

@spyguy81 @CodyBrownBets I do. This one lost less than 24 hours later for the same reason. Too many props = too many things that can screw up.

@hackeroftoday @Matt_Bove Incorrect. 2003 was co-MVPs shared between… wait for it… the first and second team All Pro QBs.

@UberHansen QBR counts plays in which the QB has a non-zero EPA contribution (I.e. non-handoff plays), which is a much more accurate measure of plays that actually impact the game. Allen and Lamar have a difference of 19 plays.

@ChrisTrapasso @PFF_Gordon What did those star players do though? I guess your argument is “they made life easier for Lamar,” but the Ravens were 12-0 in games where Lamar had >0.2 EPA/dropback and 1-6 in games where he was below 0.2 EPA/dropback. So, in short, when he wasn’t Superman, the Ravens lost.
