@Flyliff @Taymma000 @lvl99ron @incellectual Where did you get that from? Pansexual just means you can be attracted to people regardless of gender.

@LastOfLief @MelonsinmyAttic @kiikazuu @airbagged1 The problem is that that the whole “ticking boxes” thing gets brought up any time a minority has any prominence in a game.

@AtheistsL @Lamar4six But that hasn’t been shown to work. This is why transitioning exists. If there hypothetically was a way to just psychologically remove someone’s gender dysphoria, that’d be great. But currently that’s not a thing

@Elmo_Elem_ @JacobGriffith75 @ArkadiaCoast That I agree with. Not all gender dysphoria is caused by just societal expectations. I’m just saying this is one avenue where a positive difference could be made

@AlisonTheBltch @JacobGriffith75 @Elmo_Elem_ @ArkadiaCoast Wouldn’t that fall under body dysmorphia? Cause if so, then I agree with the consensus that transitioning is the best treatment

@JacobGriffith75 @Elmo_Elem_ @ArkadiaCoast The thing is, demonizing them isn’t the solution. It’s more effective to promote better alternatives rather than attacking the other side. Besides, most of the claims against trans people are heavily blown out of proportion.

@JacobGriffith75 @Elmo_Elem_ @ArkadiaCoast Gender dysphoria is a mental illness. Gender is a social construct. Therefore it makes sense to deal with gender dysphoria and its roots on a sociological level. In simple terms, if society stopped saying things like “real men do x, y, and z”, there’d probably be less dysphoria

@GigaBasedDad It’s more so the idea that this is how things NEED to be that is a problem. Cause not every woman wants to be a stay at home mom. If someone wants to, they can still do that

@eye_moisturizer One way I like to put it that I don’t think I’ve seen anyone else say is that we have 2 sets of morality, one for reality and one for fiction. They can incidentally have similarities but you can’t look at one to make an assertion about the other

@lovesometaylor Sounds like the first guy had learned about classical conditioning in psych class and decided to use you as an experiment. That’s really fucked up

@LonerMike_ I get that a ton of anime has weird stuff, but this gif just looks like characters animated extremely awkwardly. Not necessarily sus in and of itself. Unless this refers to the whole show and not the gif?

@almasxddd_ @LonerMike_ I tried watching these shows when I knew nothing about them, but the left one was boring and the right one didn’t go into enough detail about shogi as I expected.

@CameramanFNreal @Justinherass26 @dimaggio443 @duckified_ @im_sama_ @LonerMike_ You’re thinking of lolicon. Lolis doing mundane things like this is a nothingburger
