i used to love the “punch a racist” eps, but let me tell you how deeply i internalized the trans women eps. friends and family laughing, and i laughed along; its no wonder i didn’t transition until i was 38. i look back at these girls now and i love them with all my heart 🩵🩷🖤
Jerry Springer’s show was one of my first ever exposure to trans women. The memories of his crowds jeering those poor desperate women has stayed with me for decades. I feel nothing about his passing.
