Recent technology has conclusively demonstrated that co2 has a negligible effect on warming. Scientists are changing their minds, 1900 have now signed this petition. We need to rethink net zero.

@ShankaMonad @oflynnsocial I assume his Mrs has demanded it, the voice coach maybe or perhaps the growler? Hard to see why he would risk the obvious gossip and ridicule of making this public.

@TROBINS82527917 @Stuckinthe53025 @HughEdw31897368 Yes, it would help the government to gain even a slim wafer of trust if they published fully detailed monthly data, as there is serious public concern about these issues

@Artemisfornow Oh dear, poor Andrew has now abandoned all attempts at being non partisan. We know him to be an intelligent commentator so this feeble speech can only be interpreted as the desperate lies of a man who backed the wrong horse

@HerbTepper @Andy_May_Writer @MatthewWielicki Hug's work has been reproduced many times and proven accurate. At 425ppm the additional warming is too small to trigger any significant feedback water vapour increase. The H2O cycle moves heat up into the atmosphere forming clouds which reflect the sun's UV, regulating temp

Many arrivals claim they would be endangered or persecuted if returned. Hard to see how this alleged jump in deportation has occurred.

@imdavidbryan @PeterDClack Hi David, the coincidal temperature and co2 rises are of course suspicious, that's why scientists have been and still are attempting to discover and understand a defined causative link. So far it is elusive. But some govs are trying to reduce co2 anyway, just in case,

@sales_belinda Hi Belinda, this tax effects all family businesses not just farmers. It would have been less controversial if there had been gradual stepped introduction of the charges over a 10 year period to allow these businesses to forward plan.

Solution: Let's get everyone to pray to all the hundreds of different gods, asking them to fix this pesky climate change business asap.

@RoseFoil2033 @kelvmackenzie Sadly I think you might be correct, it's deeply worrying that this government seems blind to public sentiment. Their handling of immigration issues and radical Muslim terrorism/atrocities continues to create fear and unrest. The future looks bleak

@JimBowersclimb Nuclear is the only current way we could possibly make big reductions in co2, this will cost trillions and take a century. Almost everything we use is made from oil or cement, so they will need replacements. Carbon capture doesn't work and is very expensive

@BrianTu85458331 @JimBowersclimb I'm in the UK and we have an insane government bankrupting the nation in pursuit of net zero, UK accounts for less than 1% of global co2. We cannot achieve this, and what's the point when 90% of the world are not even trying. Co2 might not be the entire problem

@JimBowersclimb I envy your complete belief, but remain on the fence. I began researching this when I realised that achieving net zero was impossible. My kids were asking me about the future and I decided to explore all the opinions before offering my own. Appreciate your input.

@JimBowersclimb @extremetemps @LeonSimons8 Interesting article, thanks Jim. The complex science of clouds is still very poorly understood, yet it is obviously a vital component of climate models. Lindzen's Iris hypothesis was confirmed by satellite but generally ignored though research is ongoing.

@oflynnsocial @Curnonsky_ I think Boris would still command a lot of votes from Tories and anyone that remembers and appreciates how he drove through Brexit when the opposition attempted to renege on the referendum result. Had he been left in place he would still be pm.
