Over the last few years I’ve seen CJ get calls from the baby soldiers he trained to get through Ranger school, saying they got straight through. Many late nights of calls with soldiers telling him they’re going to college and want a recommendation letter 5/

I blessed CJ with a viewing of this movie last night. Let me tell you - nothing gets me more hype than hearing nostalgic girly pop songs I scream sang in my teen years. This is the PERFECT movie. Had me kicking my feet and giggling at 13 (and now 27).

I was diagnosed with Complex-PTSD at 23 and that diagnosis started making me feel like I made sense. I was divorced by 24 and went back home to Seattle. I got back into therapy and I truly owe so much to my therapist, Ariana. She changed how I viewed myself. 4/

I am diagnosed with Bipolar 2. I literally got the email in the middle of Target and freaked out. I walked out to my car, called CJ’s mom and sobbed. This is what my horrible biological grandmother had. The woman I wasn’t allowed to meet because she was so dangerous. 9/
