As if Canada could help. The most effective powerful fighting force arguably in the world right now is Ukraine. Now arm them to the teeth with love from the USA. Let’s say 500 billion worth of old stuff meant to take out the USSR. It’s deadly effective against Russians too. Safety eh? All will be Ukraine has a whole new meaning when it’s the most powerful country in Europe.
