Cally took her last breath.
She was/is my best friend, my daughter, my baby girl, & my caregiver. My heart is broken 💔💔💔. I keep breaking into tears. I feel like a piece of me broke off & fell away. This is her last & final pic.

This morning I weighed myself. I was 125 pounds on the dot. Oct 15 2021 I made it my goal to get down to 125 pounds. Even though I have not been dieting for 2 months now, I have reached my original goal. I started out at 308 pounds. Wow 😳. I did it.

I'm so very lost tonight. My heart hurts so much. I keep wondering where Cally is. My girl is not in my lap. Everywhere I look there is something reminding me of her. Food dishes, her toys, her cactus 🌵, her shampoo, cat tree, litter box & so on. My heart is in a million pieces.

I once weighed 308 lbs. This morning I weighed 141 lbs & dropping. This man is not telling the truth about being vegan. Why would a suppose doctor be lying about this? He has absolutely no idea what a vegan lifestyle is. Many of us are very active. Some are in gyms.
Sugars, vegetable oils, a vegan lifestyle, sedentary behavior, carbohydrate-rich diet, prescribed medications, phtalates, processed foods, herbicides, delivery services, lack of exercise, etc. - what could possibly go wrong?

My sister may be facing heart surgery. She wants ME to help her cut down on cholesterol. Sure. I'm going to push as much vegan food as I can. Congestive Heart Failure, heart murmur, & a clogged valve, Deb is now scared. I'm going to try my best to make her at least plant based.

I have tried so many natural sweeteners they seem to raise my sugar. I'm diabetic. Stevia doesn't raise my sugar but I get an after taste that reminds me of the taste I had taking radiation treatments. I'm using Splenda.

I started off today blocking a guy wanting me to take a very expensive blood test to prove I have been Vegan for over 26 years. Insurance doesn't pay for unnecessary blood work. He claimed I looked 80 years old. Maybe. I've had cancer twice & had Covid. Then I have Crohn's.

It's not the dairy she needs, it's the CALCIUM. Calcium can be found in many plant foods, like broccoli. Google & find out plant sources for calcium

Hello World,
I spent the night at the hospital. I had an epileptic seizure yesterday. My tongue is very chewed up. I've developed this because I had 2 injuries to my head.
Breakfast wasn't Vegan. Just ate toast & sliced peaches.
I fixed my own food for lunch 😁 Vegan style.

I'm on SSI. I'm on food stamps/SNAP. I get free food commodities every month. I'm far from being rich. I've been vegan for 25+ years. It is far cheaper to be vegan than being non vegan.
I don't believe in hurting animals for "food". If I can do it, anyone can.

1 rice, tofu,peas, a little corn, Dash seasoning, tumeric, & soy sauce. 2 homemade hummus. 3 eggless spread, 4 okra gumbo. My food for 2-3 days.
