@noodles_nood Well done! As an ex smoked, I get this. One day at a time! I'n the end i found it liberating not having to worry about taking all the paraphanalia of smoking with me PLUS if you're travelling not having to fret and gasp for a fag outside airport etc.

@butwhatifitsall Regarding the 'sorry for your loss' people said that after my son was killed, I didn't lose him, he was taken from me, I didn't put him down and forget where he was! As a midwife, we often say 'what is your loss like today'!! Reason 3!
