I refuse to have my job be a personality trait so that question inspired me to work on some creative projects.

Finished last therapy session of the year & got advice I’m taking into 2021: one of the healthiest things you can do is start saying, for ex., “I work as a Strategist” vs “I am a Strategist” bc it helps separate job from identity since you are wholly more interesting than ur role
