@tiras_corner Tira, instead of highly restrictive diet, it makes sense to eat a variety of foods in moderation and assimilate nutrients from all sources unless the person has metabolic/ specific issues. Of course, cutting ALL processed foods is a necessary condition in any food lifestyle.
