Today it became known that the Russians killed the Ukrainian writer Volodymyr Vakulenko. The results of the DNA examination were reported to his mother. How vile the words "burial 319" sound when it comes to a human, a writer, a father who alone raised a son diagnosed with autism

What is war? War is when a 12-year-old Ukrainian girl runs a "mile of indomitability" during the half-marathon in Lviv on prosthetics, because she no longer has any legs, her legs were taken away by a Russian missile, never to be given back to her again.

On this day in 1985, the brilliant Ukrainian poet Vasyl Stus passed away in a Russia's camp. This time is associated with "perestroika", "glasnost", Gorbachev, but the main Ukrainian poet of the XXth century (and not only) was actually murdered simply because he was Ukrainian.
