@tripz_cs Same happened to me, they keep ignoring me. I peeked 1000 elo on EU and moved my acc to APAC and got my elo reset. Had to play against low ranks. I got 670 radiant on APAC after D1 but still get low elo lobbies. I am going to participate in Ascension, but they still ignore me.

I transferred my account from Europe to Asia and my rank got reset. I wrote a ticket to support but it got ignored for 3 days. Got diamond 1 after 5 placement games even thouigh was 750 rr on EU.(get +20 only now) @RiotSupport @ItsGamerDoc(i know it's not your field)

my elo is still low(get 300 elo lobbies when i q solo and get -20 on 400 elo). even though i finished with 650 rr last act(got there from d1 full reset account). is it possible to get good elo that i had on EU? or i need to wait few more months to get good lobbies and good elo?.

@tripz_cs I am also extremely demotivated bro. My dream was to grind leaderboard on low ping. But when i had a chance to do so i get my elo reset completely. Wrote 5-6 tickets, all of them were NPC replies.

@tripz_cs Funny part is that i got from d1 to radiant 670 RR in 3 weeks. But anyways after 2-3 months i get 100-200 elo peaks in my lobbies and my hidden elo is shit i get -20 on 300 elo.

@tripz_cs Funny part is that N4rrate's account elo doesn't get reset. He is in leaderboard in NA after moving his account from EU.

@Meghannyah yeah, ik it causes issues. cuz ping in kz is not stable and changes every season randomly depending on routing. I dont think we have direct wires to Asia though. If we had direct wires through China maybe ping wouldve been better to APAC.
