#WorldRefugeeDay is very personal for me, as I arrived in #France from #Cambodia at the age of two when my mother escaped from the Red Khmers #genocide. Today a French and European diplomat, I am the living proof that indeed anyone has the power to change the world.

Just before the end of my visit to Vanua Levu, I managed to take a dip at the bottom of the Vuadomo waterfalls. A must if you’re in Savusavu. Water is a bit chilly, but that’s very refreshing in a hot sunny day.

After I cancelled the #EuropeDay party in Suva, I repurposed the money set aside for the event to provide relief to the communities of #Fiji affected by the #COVID19 crisis. @FriendFiji will use it for its food bank and small income generation project in Nadi, Lautoka and Ba.
