@DriveSmart_IN I don't understand how the "slowing at an intersection" thing isn't just in-built in people. I mean aren't they aware that anything from anywhere can happen on a road - requiring their full attention? An intersection is such an obvious thing for another vehicle to be at.

@pnqiad Perception War! That's where the priorities lie 😅. In some way we citizens are the ones fuelling those perceptions. Politics should just be ignored. Elect hogaye, kaam karo, nikal jao! It should be that straightforward. DOGE types.

@chandrarsrikant They should be more worried about kids making these guys public figures as opposed to scientists!

@ShefVaidya Some of these guys think they're modeling US-style shows where anything goes, but I don't think I've seen even any US shows stoop to this level! Those "comedians" know there's a line you DO NOT cross! Folks like this guy get suckered into losing all that they've hard earned!

@avidandiya @BeerBicepsGuy My observations of many many Indian kids in the US: Indian kids born there are a lot more connected to Indian culture. Amazed to see young kids absolutely fluent in their Indian mothertongues. Kudos to parents. Folks here think the US is all about some wacky on-screen coolness!

@DriveSmart_IN Probably judged the relative speed of cars in his direction & completely misjudged that of oncoming traffic. But the basic fault was positioning - if he was turning right he should've been in the centre closest to divider with an indicator, not in the extreme left median!

@smitaprakash A tale of many of our urban rivers. The MulaMutha in Pune used to be regularly used for rowing by the College of Engg Pune (COEP) students. Somewhere along the way our urban development went drastically wrong!

@Ananth_IRAS You've captured most of it. To add to it, in the past few years (at least online) there appears to be a lot of immigrant hate. The apparent "peace of mind" that you cherished in the US is also gone! Not sure if the same uncertainty is felt on ground.

@neeleshmisra These guys probably think they're being very cool and "American". They'll be cancelled in America at the drop off a hat! @elonmusk
