@NiuSanford Correct! My question, is it okay to take the conventional path of LCCRT or SCRT with TNT, followed by Surgery? Rather than just jumping the gun and offering them IO at this point of time , because there isn’t RCT as yet? We keep having this discussion in our MDT ☺️

@NiuSanford If MSI-H, is there a role to omit RT and Surgery, especially in Distal rectal tumours? We had a similar discussion in our tumor board in a MRF+, mid and upper rectal cancer. NCCN says IO in the first line, but based on what evidence ?
